Pastor Earl Graham is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. He is married to Candace Graham, and together they are the proud parents of Layla, Earl III, Elijah, Caleb, and Joshua.
He serves as the Senior Pastor of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and as Assistant Professor and Department Chair of Philosophy and Religion at Philander Smith University.
Pastor Graham earned a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Ministry from Central Baptist College (Conway, AR), a Master of Religious Education from Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA), and a Doctor of Educational Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary (Dallas, TX).
He is a Spring 2012 initiate of the Little Rock Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. His ministry platform centers on strategic leadership, vision, and empowering people to pursue their God-given dreams.

Lady Candace Graham is a leader, builder, and voice for women stepping into purpose. A native of Conway, Arkansas, and graduate of the University of Arkansas, she serves as Strategic Planning Officer at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church—where vision becomes strategy and strategy becomes impact.
Affectionately known as “First,” she leads with strength, grace, and intentionality, helping to shape both culture and community within the church.
As the CEO and founder of Lady Like, she is cultivating a space for emerging First Ladies to grow, connect, and lead with confidence; creating environments of support, service, and sisterhood that extend far beyond the church walls.
A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Lady Candace is passionate about youth, leadership, and helping people advocate for themselves. Her mission is clear: to help others find their voice—and have the courage to use it.
Our Leadership Team works alongside the Pastor to provide vision, direction, and day-to-day leadership for the life of the church. Together, they help lead, organize, and strengthen every area of ministry.
Our Congregational Care Team is dedicated to supporting and strengthening the spiritual well-being of our members. They help ensure that every person feels seen, supported, and connected within our church family.
Our Ministry Directors oversee key ministry areas and lead teams to execute the mission of the church. They ensure that each ministry is active, effective, and making impact.
